When enrolling into an online workshop please choose carefully as we will not be able to provide a refund if you have signed in and accessed the workshop online.
If you have not yet logged in to the workshop and it is within two weeks of purchase we can either;
- Provide a refund, less a processing fee of $25.
- Change your enrollment to another workshop. If the new workshop is higher in value the difference in cost will need to be paid or if the workshop is lower in cost the difference will be refunded, less the $25 processing fee.
Face to Face Workshop
Cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop will incur a $50 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover administration and processing expenses.
If you need to cancel your registration within 10 working days a cancellation fee of 20% of the workshop fee will be deducted from your refund.
We also offer the opportunity to transfer your registration to another Active Rehab Solutions workshop. A $50 transfer fee will be invoiced and charged to you.
If the face to face workshop includes access to an online workshop (Rehab Solutions Weekend Workshop) and you have logged in to the online workshop, the cost of the online workshop will also be deducted from your refund, and you will retain enrollment into the online workshop only. If you have not logged in to the workshop the standard cancellation fees outlined in this section will apply.
We reserve the right to postpone or change workshop dates and/or times should extenuating circumstances arise, or insufficient registration be obtained.
