Am I eligible to do Active Rehab Solutions workshops?
The answer is most likely yes! While Active Rehab Solutions does not require you to complete a specific qualification before completing our workshops, we do expect that you have some knowledge of anatomy and physiology before enrolling. Also, if you are registered with an organisation that provides CECs/CPDs, you may need to satisfy some of that organisations criteria before undertaking our workshops.

Trouble playing video or audio files?
We recommend using the free VLC media player, as it can play many more types of files than other media players. This can be downloaded for free from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. Before downloading any files from the internet please ensure you have adequate computer security software installed.
How do I complete the practical assessments?
Your response to the questions in the practical assessment must be recorded on video. The video(s) must then be uploaded onto the Learnbook portal in the assessment area.
My videos are too large to upload. What can I do?
There are a few options:
a) Resize the video so the file size is less than 1GB. There are some handy hints available here – http://www.wikihow.com/Reduce-Video-Size
b) Upload the video to a video sharing site such as YouTube and send us the link. One example of how to do this can be found here – https://wiki.umbc.edu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=31198917
c) Save your videos on a USB or CD and mail them to us at:

When enrolling into an online workshop please choose carefully as we will not be able to provide a refund if you have signed in and accessed the workshop online.
If you have not yet logged in to the workshop and it is within two weeks of purchase we can either;
- Provide a refund, less a processing fee of $15.
- Change your enrollment to another workshop. If the new workshop is higher in value the difference in cost will need to be paid or if the workshop is lower in cost the difference will be refunded, less the $15 processing fee.
Face to Face Workshop
Cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop will incur a $50 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund to cover administration and processing expenses.
If you need to cancel your registration within 10 working days a cancellation fee of 20% of the workshop fee will be deducted from your refund.
We also offer the opportunity to transfer your registration to another Active Rehab Solutions workshop. A $50 transfer fee will be invoiced and charged to you.
If the face to face workshop includes access to an online workshop (Rehab Solutions Weekend Workshop) and you have logged in to the online workshop, the cost of the online workshop will also be deducted from your refund, and you will retain enrollment into the online workshop only. If you have not logged in to the workshop the standard cancellation fees outlined in this section will apply.
